Clients will often contact the practice with a plot of land on which they wish to build a home. We will assist the client with the preparation of a brief and will prepare sketch schemes for evaluation. Once the principles are agreed, full design drawings will be prepared which can then be submitted for Planning and Building Regulation approval.
