During the time the practice has been in existence, many different types of buildings have been commissioned by clients.

Dealing with the demands of briefs of a diverse nature and complexity and has been a challenge. However, the understanding that the practice has acquired makes it well equipped to deal with all sorts of construction requirements.

The Franciscan Convent, Bocking
•   A refurbishment of the Convent and erection of a new Care Home facility
    on the north eastern part of the site
•   The proposed renovations were complicated by the fact that the Convent
    and Chapel were Grade II Listed Buildings
•   A major consideration for the works was the need to protect the historic
    buildings from flooding from the nearby River Blackwater. Part of the flood
    protection wall can be seen fronting the garden in the bottom picture.
•   Full planning permission was granted in 2006 with production
    drawings and Contract administration following in 2008
